If You Want To Know How I'm Feeling Today...
Seriously. It's been days and days. I've tried everything. Brown rice. Beans. Vegetables. I've been drinking a least 2 liters of water per day.
And still, I cannot poop.
I'm getting desperate. Even a happy little fart would take some of the pressure off of my abdomen.
It makes me nostalgic for happier days, when poop came with a sense of urgency.
But at the moment, I've got nothing.
Have a nice day.

I know exactly how you feel. I'm the same way, I've actually been 2 weeks without going. at that point, I usually start eating as many prunes as I can and start with the FiberCon pills. if that doesn't help, try eating Kashi Go Lean Crunch or Raisin Bran.
I know how frustrating it can be, I take fiber pills daily just so I will be able to go, butt hat doesn't always work for me.
Those are all the suggestions I have for you, but if I think of more, I'll let you know.
Hopefully by the time you read this, you will not need my eating tips!!! : )
Poor thing!
At first I thought it was a random ailment only happening to you, but I guess there is a slew of women who "don't go." Geez-O! Perhaps a doctor can prescribe something...
Keep your head up. :)
Aaagh! My eyes!
Style girl is right about the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. And maybe try cutting out dairy, or doing some cardio. Hope you feel better soon.
Popping in from someone else's blog... and I third the Kashi Go Lean Crunch. It will do the trick.
Ya know, I'm working with a trainer and was thinking of buying a box of that cereal because it looked nutritious, but now that ALL THESE PEOPLE have said it aids in "digestion" I think I'll pass. I don't need a box of cereal giving me a run for my money during the day. Lol.
poop smoothie!!!!!
i also think that Hearty Morning cereal could help. have you tried the metamusal apple cinnamon fiber bars, too? this is a terrible problem to have!
That sounds quite unpleasant. Next time you see your doctor, you might want to mention this... Sounds silly, but I stand by Zelnorm. (You know the tummies commercials?) Being chronically constipated (and bloated) just isn't any fun.
I've eaten 2 sleeves of Fig Newtons and it has taken care of this "problem." Of course, I don't have this problem so I just eat them for fun.
I have the same problem - when a doctor questioned me about it at 16 (I'm 32), I told him that I thought eveybody went to the toilet once a month. I have tried everything - colonics worked and I found I can't have too much fibre or I get Clogged - hee! Plain Baked Potato sometimes does the trick...Good Luck
